These Terms of Use (also commonly called Terms & Conditions or Terms of Service) govern your access to and use of Waypoint One ("we", "us", "our"), including our website, Discord server, classes, calls, content, and related services (the "Services").

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Access to the Services

• Access to paid content is granted only after successful payment.
• Access may be provided via Discord roles, private channels, or scheduled calls.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

We are not obligated to provide lifetime access unless explicitly stated.

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• Prices, billing cycles, and subscription terms are displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.

Chargebacks or payment abuse may result in immediate removal from the Services.
